AMI effects warranty all of its effects pedals to be free of component and manufacturing defects for 2 years to the original purchaser.
Should a problem arise contact us and return the stompbox via registered mail to the address below and every effort will be made to repair or replace it free of charge as quickly as possible.
The warranty is only valid to the original purchaser and is non transferable. The warranty does not cover damage through misuse or improper handling, normal wear to enclosures and external parts, or any form of modification or repair undertaken by anyone other than AMI effects.
Responsibility for correct and safe use of the effects rests with the purchaser.
The model serial number must be quoted in all correspondence and responsibility for returns rests with the purchaser.
All orders are shipped via 1st Class Recordered Delivery (France only) or International Signed For (worldwide service) and will require to be signed for upon receipt.
If you are unhappy with any effect pedal purchased directly from AMI effects or would like to change it for another model, return the effect pedal in it's original condition by registered mail within 14 days of purchase date and we will either change or refund the pedal. Please email to obtain a returns reference as unsolicited returns cannot be accepted.
The customer is liable for all costs incurred for returned effect pedals. AMI effects reserves the right to charge a discretionary handling and restocking fee of 15% on any refund.
